These terms of use apply to your use of the www.JobEnable.com web site (the Site). The Site is owned and operated by Network Enhanced Telecom, LLP ("Company"), a privately held company.

Conditions/Disclosures of Job Postings and Resume Search
All job postings may be edited or removed at anytime while the posting is active. No refunds or credits will be granted. A job posting represents ONE open position within a company and must represent a position offered in accordance with government labor laws and Internal Revenue Service specifications; the only exception to this rule will be non-paid internships. Job postings may not be used for advertising of products or services. Employers that purchase the resume search feature may contact any candidate directly. JobEnable.com does not validate the information that candidates submit to the JobEnable.com site. Employers will be held legally liable and responsible for the Company´s losses if they permit use of their assigned user name and password by third parties. Employers assume the responsibility of the information that is provided. If you have questions, please contact the Company at info@JobEnable.com. We will deny resume access with no refund if we receive a complaint from a candidate that they were solicited by anyone other than a first party employer that has an opportunity listed with us. We reserve the right to exclude solicitations and second party access to this information. No refunds will be provided.

These terms and conditions and the resolution of any disagreement related to these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disagreement between The Company and you related to these terms shall be resolved by state and federal courts of the state of Texas.
